OneFamily.uno is a digital platform founded by Florin Tudose, headquartered in Bamberg, Germany. It exists to bring back the village — digitally — by enabling structured, reliable, and unconditional mutual support between neighbors.

## Core concepts

- **Family Cell**: A local group of 10-50 trusted neighbors that meets weekly and supports each other through the Needs & Deeds Protocol.
- **Needs & Deeds Protocol**: A structured system for posting needs (help requests) and deeds (offers to help), with a pre-connection engine that suggests matches before each weekly meeting.
- **ORE token**: The platform's unit of account. 1 ORE = 1 hour of human time = 120 EUR. All hours are valued equally regardless of profession. Every member receives 24 ORE per day as a locked time-bank balance.
- **The Reciprocity Engine (2X)**: Help someone for 1 hour and 2 ORE move from your locked balance to your usable balance. Receive help and you permanently invest ORE as a transparent contribution record (not debt).
- **Three-balance system**: Received ORE (locked daily), Usable ORE (unlocked by helping), Invested ORE (permanent record from receiving).
- **OneFamilism**: The underlying philosophy — universal equal hour valuation, mathematical reciprocity, attraction over coercion, voluntary participation.
- **Community Vault**: 100% of money deposits go here. Allocated 20% operations, 45% community fund, 25% support for members who cannot afford to unlock ORE, 10% reserve.
- **Hosts**: Trained community leaders who run a Family Cell and unlock ORE through management activities.

## Pricing

The first year of membership is completely free. After that, annual membership is 1 ORE (~120 EUR). The Community Vault covers hardship cases — no one is excluded for lack of funds.
